卢仕先⽣是LMVG的创始⼈，他既精通地产投资，又擅长⾼效开发运营资产，特别注重战略性创新实现增长和价值创造。他涉⾜东南亚诸国、中国等各国房地产，积累了超过30年的投资、开发、管理重⼤项⽬的操盘经验，在中国的⼯业地产、物流地产、办公楼、住宅、零售和综合⽤途地 产等领域超过20年的经验。卢先⽣曾任新加坡淡马锡旗下丰树集团中国区CEO、丰树中印基⾦副CEO，建⽴丰树中国，并在担任中国区CEO 领导丰树中国的10多年间，带领团队⾼效发展，从零起步到资产管理规模超过500亿⼈民币，奠定了丰树在中国的市场地位。在凯德置地任中国总经理期间，卢先⽣为新加坡操盘了“来福⼠”落地中国等多个⼤获成功的地产项⽬，帮助凯德在中国树⽴了国际化、专业化的公司形象。
卢先⽣毕业于新加坡国⽴⼤学⼟⽊⼯程系，并获得了南洋理⼯⼤学的⼯商管理硕⼠。
Loh Shyh is the founder of LMVG. He is proficient in real estate investment, development and asset management. He attaches great importance to strategic and innovative approach to achieve growth and value creation. Mr. Loh is involved in Southeast Asia and China real estate industry for more than 30 years in the investment, development, and management of numerous projects, with more than 20 years’ experience in logistics, industrial, office, residential, retail and mix-used assets in China. As former CEO of Mapletree China, Vice CEO of Mapletree China-India Fund, over 10 years he led the team efficiently develop from scratch to an AUM of over 50 billion RMB, has established Mapletree’s market position in China. As the GM of CapitaLand China, he developed several successful real estate projects for Singapore, including the first Raffles project in China, helping CapitaLand China establish an international and professional corporate image.
Mr. Loh graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, and received his Master in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University.
蔡国龙是LMVG的首席执行官。他曾出任柏威年有限公司中国区集团首席财务官，太平星集团中国区执行副总裁等多个跨国集团在亚太、中国、北美洲的重要职位。蔡先生在企业管理、金融与资本运作、商业运营的各个方面积累了极为丰富的国际化管理经验，尤其对酒店、零售、房地产行业的投资与开发、资产管理。他擅长结合东西方商业体系与企业文化，进行全球化运作。
蔡先生毕业于美国洛杉矶西太平洋大学，并获得了工商管理硕士。
Koron Choi is CEO of LMVG. As former China Group CFO of Pavilion International limited，Executive VP of Pacific Star China, and other executives of multinational groups in Asia Pacific, PRC and North American, Mr. Choi has accumulated extensive experience for management, finance and operations, particularly in hospitality, real estate investment/development, asset management and retail industries for both oriental and western business cultures. This contributes to successfully achieving corporate goals especially for global operation.
Mr Choi graduated from Pacific Western University with a Master degree in Business Administration.
张耀光先生是LMVG的首席技术官。他曾任新加坡淡马锡旗下Mapletree丰树地产基金中国区开发部总裁，凯德商业中国开发部副总裁，TESCO中国物业董事，是新加坡的注册 建筑师。他以丰富的开发经验、创新技能和管理能力，自2005年起在中国房地产市场主持了凯德商业中国多个购物中心的开发项目，领导了乐购地产中国购物中心的投资和开发，并带领淡马锡控股旗下丰树中国的开发团队完成多个住宅、标志性购物中心、大型产业园、现代物流园项目。
张先生毕业于新加坡国立大学，并获得了建筑设计学士学位。
YK Cheong is Chief Technical Officer of LMVG. He was Development Head of Mapletree China Real Estate Fund, Development VP of Capitaland China and Real Estate Director of TESCO China. A licensed architect from Singapore, Mr Cheong moved to China in 2005 and has vast experience in the fields of logistics, residential and commercial development. Equipped with both creative skills and management capability, he completed multiple malls for Capitaland Retail China, led the investment and development of malls for Tesco Property China, and headed the development team in Mapletree China where he delivered numerous logistics, and residential projects and iconic malls.
Mr Cheong graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor degree in Architectural Design.
邓炳强先生是LMVG的首席开发官。他曾任新加坡淡马锡控股旗下Mapletree丰树房地产基金高级副总裁，开发部总经理，同时致力专业及学术发展。邓先生于1997年担任新加坡测量师与估值师学会会长，同年亦担任亚太区工料测量师协会主席，一直代表新加坡参与国际专业活动。他1999年获新西兰工料测量师学会颁发首个海外荣誉会员证书，2002年获国际造价工程协会颁发感谢奖及亚太区工料测量师协会颁发协会的最高荣誉奖，2005年任天津理工大学客座教授，2006年获国际造价工程协会颁发荣誉国际院士奖。邓先生参与的主要项目如下：新加坡股票交易中心大厦、新加坡Woodland 及 Circle Line 地铁发展项目、淡马锡理工学院、新加坡四季酒店、北京奥运室内场馆、北京酒店改造、北京千禧酒店、上海45万平写字楼商场综合体、上海五星级服务公寓改造、西安25万平住宅及商场项目、佛山15万平商业，35万平住宅，55万平住宅教育中心及写字楼，70万平产业园、宁波40万平商业，医院及住宅、中国各地各类工业园及物流园逾100万平等。
邓先生毕业于英国修福特大学，并获得了工料测量及建筑经济荣誉理学士。
Edward Tang is CDO of LMVG. A former SVP and GM of the Development Department of Mapletree China Real Estate Fund, Mr. Tang was involved in the development of various industrial parks and logistics parks, mass transit, major commercial and residential projects. Prior to his China posting, he was the President of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers in 1997. In the same year, he also served as Chairman of the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors. In 1999, he was conferred a Honorary Member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. In 2002, he was conferred the Appreciation Award by the International Cost Engineering Council, and the highest honorary award, the PAQS Medal by the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors. In 2006, he was conferred a Distinguish International Fellow by the International Cost Engineering Council.
Mr Tang graduated from University of Salford with a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics.

慕容⼥⼠担任LMVG的⾸席投资官。她涉⾜商业地产、⼯业地产、国际供应链、电商等多领域投资。加⼊LMVG前，协助CICC、ARA、 METRO、Tishman等机构在中国核⼼城市商业资产的投资及退出。同时，她致⼒于在商业地产中引进国际时尚、建筑、⽂化艺术资源进⾏内 容和模式创新，与100多个欧洲品牌/设计师/建筑师/艺术家建⽴深度合作，在国际品牌授权中与超过500家中国经销单位成为合作伙伴。慕容⼥ ⼠早年领导年交易额超千亿元服装市场的转型升级，创新产业园运营，促进中韩时尚⾏业的合作，是中国最早的电商运营⼈⼠，IBM、阿⾥巴 巴的重要战略合作伙伴。
慕容⼥⼠本科毕业于浙江⼤学，并获得新加坡国⽴⼤学⼯商管理硕⼠学位。
Linda Tong is Chief Investment Officer of LMVG. She has experience in the investment and operation in real estate, logistics, and ecommerce. Before joining LMVG, She assisted institutions (CICC, ARA, Metro, Tishman) for the investment of core commercial assets in China. Her career background also involved content and business model innovation in real estate. She worked with more than 100 European brands/designers/architects/ artists to introduce international fashion, architecture, and art to china, developed partnerships with more than 500 well-known distributors. Early in her career, she is a pioneer in the reconceptualization of the fashion wholesale market (with an annual turnover of more than RMB100 billion) and business park. She has unique insights into the Chinese and Korean fashion market’s cooperation. She also established e-commerce platforms as the first Chinese B2B market strategic partner of IBM and Alibaba.
Ms. Tong graduated from Zhejiang University, and received her Master in Business Administration from National University of Singapore.

More than 20 years of experience in the data center industry, covering the comprehensive management of the entire lifecycle including strategy, sales, site selection, planning, design, construction, testing, verification, and operations. Previously served as senior leadership roles at top-tier Chinese data center operators, including: COO & Head of Strategic Client Center of Hotwon, Vice President, CTO & General Manager of Solutions Center of Chindata Group, Vice President & Chief Data Center Architect of Shanghai AtHub Co., Ltd., and Chief Architect of Tencent Data Center (Network Platform).

拥有横跨二十余年的房地产行业资历，在中国及东南亚地区参与管理的项目总价值超过100亿美元，并负责管理过规模达25亿美元的私募基金组合，领导向智慧可持续城市发展的战略推进。在新加坡吉宝集团和丰树集团曾任城市可持续发展解决方案助理总经理等多个高级职位，曾负责管理吉宝数据中心房地产投资信托组合。获得量化金融硕士学位，流利使用多种语言。
Over 20 years in real estate with projects worth over $10 billion in China and Southeast Asia. Currently oversees $2.5 billion in private funds and leads expansions into smart, sustainable cities. Previously served as AGM of urban sustainable solution and portfolio manager of Keppel’s data center REITs. Holds a Master’s in Quantitative Finance and is multilingual.
